Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Bloating , Diarrhea And Nausea

I am having problems with my whole digestive system. I m very nauseous and have hunger pains. The first night was Saturday, I was very bloated, then in the morning I had diarrhea and non stop nausea. I got some energy but it doesn t last long, I also have headaches, and I get very weak quite easily

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe stomach bloating, diarrhea and nausea. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like improper digestion, poor metabolism, irritable bowel syndrome, intolerance to dairy products or other food items, eating too fast , overgrowth of bacteria in the small bowel , giardiasis or some medications. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid food like dairy products , drink warm water and do light exercises and eat light and non spicy food. If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe H2 blockers , proton pump inhibitor along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory.
