Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
If I were your doctor, presuming that you do not have any gynaecological problem, I would go for a clinical examination of your abdomen, followed by a urine routine & culture sensitivity test, a complete blood count, and possibly an ultrasound abdomen if need be. Till that I would prescribe you an anti spasmodic, and a proton pump inhibitor. Further management would depend on reports of all the investigations.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
