Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinusitis

I have a serious bout of accute sinusitus. I have seen a doctor whom prescribed a cortisone nasal spray and a antihistamine pill, but it is not working. I have used a paracetamol over-the-counter product with a decongestant, but it is not very effective. The pain is killing me. What else can I do?

Hello.
If it is an acute sinusitis you should take antibiotics , nasal spray, antihistaminics and nasal wash with saline water 3xday.
For the pain better you take Ibuprofen 400mg 3xday.

wish you all the best...
