Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

I have severe shoulder pain - worst centering on the top part of my bicep shoulder area- can t lift my arm forward above my shoulder height and sideways 45 degrees with lots of pain I do get pain shooting down the arm when I accidentally hit it on the shoulder or twist it the wrong way-and pain is so bad I just about fall down and throw up. I can t lay on the damaged side - pain wakes me the pain started in Oct 2014 - I have had an ultrasound - apparently no damage but with multiple visits every week to a massage therapist and 1 a week to a physiotherapist and no progress in 7 months- I m starting to worry.I am 42- female and have had no previous injury. Did not do anything to the shoulder to provoke this.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to frozen shoulder, in my opinion first this need to be diagnosed in proper way, first get done the x-ray, second orthopedic opinion is also necessary, short way diathermy is the best way to manages this condition, hope this information helps, take care.
