Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

2 weeks now I ve in pain with my tight shoulder, my dr did X-ray and gave shot of cortizone he mentioned a small tear, I went the following day and the joint specialist gave me my 2 shot, he said I had bone spurs but needed to get pain and swelling down from bursistis, 4 days later I can move my arm very little but more than the last two weeks, my question is how long does bursistis last? He mentioned in the back of his mind he hopes it s not (very long name) of something bring a very painful nerve disease, thanks for you help
