Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

Just had trigger finger surgery, went well, am having shoulder pain in both shoulders...had a mri on r. side, did P.T, have a slight tear ( rotator cuff), feels better after a shot and P.T...declined surgery, having MRI on left side tom, have had a shot, more painful then r, side..Surgeon ran some bloodwork......showsI am 19 for Rheumatoid factor and positive on ANA screen IFA and speckled ANA pattern and a ANA titer of 1:280. Dr, is asking for a referral to see a Rheum atologist, but may take 3 to 6 months to get in..Should I be concerned?

Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.

There is no need to concern but you need to take care about Rheumatoid arthritis.

You can take dose of methotrexate.
I will advise dose 7.5mg weekly.
You can start combination consulting your treating doctor

NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are sometimes prescribed in severe cases.
Newer biologics have role in RA.
