General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take over the counter NSAIDs like Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen etc., for pain relief. Keep yourself well hydrated. Go for an ultrasound scan to rule out a urinary calculus.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
