Suggest Treatment For Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis

I have severe rheumatoid arthritis. Arava didn t help. I had strong allergic reactions to metheltrexate plaquil and sulfasalazine. After months of avoiding alcohol, I had an allergic reaction to tawny port. Before metal knee implant I used methotrexate and tolerated it well. After the surgery the allergic reactions began. I don t want to use the biologics until I pin down the allergic reactions
