Suggest Treatment For Severe Recurrent Knee Pain

Hi, I was told I have IS in both knees, I am 70 yrs old ,with no one to help after surgery, I didn t do well when I had surgery for severe spinal stenosis, I have been in severe pain for 9 yrs. I chose the three series if Viacom.in my knees and t first the knee pain was better, I was told these injections would work fly 6 no. It has been 3 months and the pain is back. This is very expensive and I paid out of pocket my 20 percent of $ 750.00 .Today I noticed a scalp infection. I know the knee injections were made from chicken red things on their heads. Why am I in constant severe pain?
