Suggest Treatment For Severe Rectal Bleeding And Severe Abdominal Pain

53 years old had a colonosopy in october 2013 due to rectal bleeding. Found nothing - did a biopsy also. Had internal hemorrhoids treated with rubber band. Starting having rectal bleeding again 2 weeks ago went back to colon/rectal surgeon he found a small tear- Anal Fissures. My mind is going all over the place, I have been Nauseous and cant stop thinking there is something more. Every pain in my stomach is making me think i have Cancer. I am very anxious and scared. He assured me if the bleeding does not stop in a couple weeks we will do a repeat colonospy. I have up my fiber intake to ensure my stool stays loose, i have no pain. I know there is always a chance that something was missed, but the doctor said there was really good views of the bowel, they did the biopsy also due to the colon being dark just to make sure.

Hi,
If you are curious to know then ask for a CECT -abdomen to rule out any other bowel pathology and definitely it will give a clue to the problem what you are suffering from.
And if the doctor has said that there is nothing above apart from some fissure or fistula then try to ask the doctor regarding any surgical intervention required for the same,
But till then eat high fiber diet and whatever the medication your doctor has prescribed.
Thank you
