Good Afternoon. I have been having pelvic pain for the past three months... more severe than normal in that it doesn t go away really ever. At times is it worse and with sharp pains, it is accompanied by gas (which is also constant and not typical for me), bloating, and dull lower back pain. Extreme exhaustion is the worst... I literally get to where I got hit by a bus and need to just go to sleep. I have had ovarian cysts and endometriosis in the past, these just feels different than both of those.
