Hi. So for the past week or so off and on, my stomach has been giving me trouble. There have been days where I could not even hold down water until mid way through my day, all the while suffering from painful stomach cramps. This didn t really concern me, as I thought it might just be a bug going around, until today. Earlier today I had absolutely no appetite even though I hadn t eaten since the day before yesterday. Each time I moved, I felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen that had me doubled over more than once today. The pain has eased up and I have been able to eat something light but my abdomen still hurts quite a bit. Any suggestions on easing the pain? Thank you!
