Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain When Diagnosed With Hypertropic Cardiomyopathy
my best friend s mom has apical hypertropic cardiomyopathy.she had symptoms that mimics heart enlargement. this condition only happens on Asian. every time she was emergency brought into the hospital, all tests were normal. Doctor decided not to treat her medications. how do you control the pain once it happens?

It might be functional pain arising out of anxiety.
You can take her to a psychiatrist and get evaluated.
As of now you can try analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.
