Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Toenail

hi i am a diabetic on pills and seem to have an ingrown toenail I have been in constaant pain for 4 hours. It is my right big toe and there is some white fluid coming out when I push on it. I also am on medication for heart problems..I did not have a heart attack I had triple by pass.. How can I relievepain now at 3:25am?

I am Dr Aimen Nasir. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

First you need to go to the doctor immediately tomorrow to get your toe examined.. Untill the pus is there and its swollen firstly we need to take that out and get it cleaned and dressed.. Only then you will be able to get pain free or get better..
Secondly for time being you can have any pain killer that your doctors have advised you with for example panadol..
