Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Thighs And Hips

My legs have been hurting me for days now the pain is in the thighs, calves, front and back of both legs. It is also in both hips. The pain is a deep hurt and when rubbing them my skin is very sore also. I suffer from chronic lupus and sjodrens; but have never experienced this severe pain in both legs and hips. Can you offer any help? Thank you.

The home remedy for severe pain in the thighs and legs are rest to the legs, compression and elevation.
Acetaminophen and brufen can be used to relieve the pain
