Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Shoulder Blade

the muscle right behind the shoulder blade has been going crazy all night. Theres been no real pain. Just a really weird, annoying, and uncomfortable feeling. It s almost constantly twitching causing a kind of a bubbly feeling. It s done this in the past but not very often.. and only twitches one to 3 times... The only change ive had is I woke up early that morning. But later that night it started, it also at one point moved to my neck, making my head jerk side to side... Again this has happened before but mainly only a few times and not often.. What s going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be muscle sprain.

For that, you can take tab. tylenol. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads.

Take proper rest. In case of not getting relief, you may require MRI after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
