Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Left Elbow

I have a severe shoulder injury for years and have done nothing really to antagonize it but yesterday morning I awoke with a new severe pain in left elbow. I have alot of joint pain so it is not unusual for me to have pain. As well as a warm to the touch, very sore bruise like red spot on left side of chest. It is still here today. no fever,

As per your history, it may be due to blunt trauma.

For that, you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally. Heating pads will also help.

In case of not getting relief, you may require X-ray elbow after orthopedician consultation

Restrict your movements. Avoid strenuous activity.
