Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Heels
I have very servers pain in both of my heels after walking on them. By the end of the day the pain is so bad I can barely walk. The pain is located in the exact place of my heel bone. It s not exactly on the bottom of my foot. It s right at the curve. What s the problem?

It is possible that the pain is related to a calcaneal spur or plantar fasciitis. Spurs develop as a result of persistent fasciitis which is inflammation of the fascia/tissue in this area.
A spur is an outgrowth of bone.
This can be confirmed by x ray.
Treatment is mainly -(1) use of pain medication
(2)certain exercises to help the area
(3)wearing appropriate shoes
