Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Eye

Hi doctor.

I've hit something and it hit me around the eye but not directly in the eye. It might have hit on the brow although I'm not sure. The pain around the eye reduced completely but I realized that the pain while rotating that eye ball to corners did not placate yet. This happened two to three weeks ago. My eye looks fine. I can see normally. Shall I consult someone immediately? Please suggest.
