Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Abdomen

Hello, I have had extreme pain in the epigastric region and going into my back ans chest, nothing has been able o help it. I went to the ER yesterday because i have not slept in 36h. They discharged me saying i may have acid reflux or an ulcer. My lipase level on my blood work was 112. They told me everything was normal

Hi

To address this, it is very important to follow both pharmacological and non pharmacological . measures.
I'll mention them it will be beneficial.

Continue to tak omez 40 which is acid reducing agent and will be helpful.
Apart from the medication --
Avoid spicy and oily food for few days till the symptoms are resolved. Avoid or reduce the intake of meat, dairy products, and add more fiber to your diet. Eat lots of salads, vegetables, fresh fruits. Avoid fried and oily food.

Avoid excess consumption of tea/ coffee/ hydrogenated drinks. Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.

Eat frequent small meals instead of heavy ones and do not starve. Take plenty of water.

Regular exercise is very much essential. Brisk walk every day for 30 minutes in the morning and then slowly increase the dura if time permits. Follow this measures your symptoms should reduce.
