Hi Doctor My wife she is 57 Year old [Lab test for Creatinine,/plasma[serum]Creatinine Result 0.83mg/dl Uric acid [serum] Result 3.3mg/dl c.reactive protein[crp].serum crp Result 0.200 mg/dl [ESR] [WHOLE BLOOD] Result 18.00 mm/hr She has a right lag nee pain on her nee side savior pain doctor advise for arthrosopic meniscal surgery [excluding supplies] need your advise how to cure with out surgery . Thanks for writing in HCM.
Looking at the reports you have posted, it looks quite normal.
Her creatinine, Uric acid, CRP and ESR is within reference range.
Her knee pain, which you have described as severe type, looks like originating inside the joint as 'meniscal tear'. (Since no other report has been attached, it has to be presumed so).
Hence that needs to be operated by Arthroscopic surgeon. There are no as such medications to cure instantly as surgery does.
Hence she needs to undergo arthroscopic surgery, if she has to get relieved by pain.
