Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Hips And Dizziness

My 59 y.o. husband has increasing pain in his hip flexors (not related to any specific activity). Now he has a severe headache, increasing dizziness and his legs felt weak getting up off the couch. He is athletic and healthy. His blood pressure reads 109/74. Any ideas?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
All his symptoms are more suggestive of brain pathology like stroke.
Symptoms like severe headache, increasing dizziness, weakness in lower limbs, difficulty in getting up etc are more suggestive of stroke.
So immediately consult neurologist and get done clinical examination and CT brain to rule out brain pathology.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your husband. Thanks.
