General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi,
Rotator cuff injury if mild then it can be managed with physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises. If you send your MRI report then I can comment more about it. If there is severe year then arthroscopic correction is advised.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
