hi my name is katie i was wondering if u could answer this for me so for the last week i started getting pain on my left side of my ovarie im 22 years by the way i have a one child a girl ... anyway i figured it was just gas pain. the i started getting all this pressure when i would pee and try to make a bowl movemnt it just didnt happen and for some reason it was like i had a second peroid . i have one on the 3rd this month lasted six days stoped and had it agian for anotjer 4to 5 days bewteen that 5 days i had one normal bowel movemnt then i finished my peroid i still have some pain on that side of my overie here and there and still cant maqke a bowel movment im lactose n tolerant to

hi healthcare magic user, please get a pelvic ultrasound done to rule out ovarian conditions called endometrosis.
you could be having adhesion between bowel and ovary creating pain and constipation.
depending upon severity of the situation we can plan further treatment.
in the meantime you can take painkillers for relief.
please also take some laxative for constipation.
