Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain After Tooth Removal

July 29th my lower wisdom teeth has been extract . After removal teeth I do not have any problem.
On August 6th my stitch has been remove on that day I feel heavy pain at the stitch section if I press there.
Dr prescribe gurgle with slight hot water with salt.
I did it. But now I feel too much sensitivity while taking cold water and trying to gurgle with warm water.
Never and ever I had such kind of sensitivity .
Could you please guide me what I will do next.
Even I feel pain upper left side of the teeth might be there are some cavity.

Now I'm taking two Gel e.i DOLOGEL -CT & Metronidazole Gel

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe pain after tooth removal which is not a very uncommon occurence. It could be due to presence of infection in stitches as well.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit oral surgeon once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. Apply cold compresses on area. Suck on ice pops. Maintain hygiene. You should get complete examination of upper quadrant done as well and get X-ray done. It could be possible there is presence of caries in that region and sensitivity is due to that. You should get complete scaling and root planing done quadrant wise.
