Hello, I just has some extreme pain in the esophagus, stomach, and back. I had just had a bowel movement, then this extreme pain just below the breast area began. As the pain worsened, my back shoulders and lower back hurt as well. Thinking it might be food poisoning, I took some alka seltzer, baking soda, and Epsom salt with lots of water. After about an hour, the pain began to subside, and watery bowl passed. Those paining areas are still sore, but the severe sharp pain is not there. What just happened?
