General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to nerve compression at cervical level due to stenosis.

For that you may require nerve conduction studies along with MRI neck after spine surgeon consultation.

For that you may require tablet pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation.

You may require surgical intervention after surgeon consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally. Heating pads may help.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
