Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain
I have had severe neck pain going on 3 weeks now. I thought it was just a crick in my neck but it seems to be getting worse. The pain is on the left side and radiates down my shoulder and scapula. Also, I have a horrible habit of cracking my neck. Could I have done something?

If you are elderly then there might be possibility of having degenerative changes in cervical spines giving pinced nerve pressure produicng this problem.
Go for x-ray cervical spines.
Go for physiotherapy.
Avoid keeping pillow under the neck while sleeping.
Ok and take care.
