Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain And Stiffness Around Shoulders
Hi Doctor this is nargis I am suffering from severe neck pain stiffness and swelling on my neck following my left shoulder been treating from 2 yrs no improvement, physiotheraphy makes me better but if I stop i come back to same condition had to quit my job....can u guide me for a permanent solution latest Xray say lumbar lordosis and oestoathritis

You did not mentioned your age, get your MRI cervical spine done to know the exact cause of your pain and stiffness and keep doing isometric neck exercise.
