Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea , Dizziness And Eye Floaters

Hi I am 47 and ive been feeling dizzy, nauseous and I giot the runs my vision has floaters but I just got my pressure checked and it was normal I am scared bc I felt faint and when I laid down I couldn t move and my body felt like if on fire water did not help I am constantly thirsty and my breast are getting shotting pains and are very sore I am not pregnant so I am thinking I may be starting menopause?

hypertensive and diabetic retinopathy to be excluded. observe for retinal tear hole or peripheral detachment. if every thing is normal then have a review after 6months.you are having anxiety neurosis. may be premenopausal symptoms. can get checked by gynecologist.
