Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

If there is vomiting and severe nausea then there might be chances of electrolyte imbalance in the blood with gastric upset.

You should be immediately monitored for her vitals signs like pulse, blood pressure etc.

You should take plenty of water with lemon juice (added salt),coconut water or WHO oral rehydration solution.

The important thing is to combat vomiting and for which she would require antiemetic drugs(mostly injectables or oral) with antibiotics (norfloxacin with antiprotozoals like ornidazole preferred) with other water and electrolyte fluids.

So,it would be advisable that if you go to physician for all routine blood investigation and proper treatment.

Home treatment might help but you actually require complete course of treatment as I explained.

Thanks and Regards
