Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Spasms Under The Rib Cage

yes, I had gallbladder surgery years ago. I developed muscle spasms in my right side under my rib cage. Im told this is scar tissue Ive had a lot of PT for this and it did help, but now it is coming back. I do exercises with a rope pulling and stretching . It doesnt seem to get better;

Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have develop muscle spasm due to over activity.
Take following advises:
Tablet tramadol for 4-6 days
Tablet diclofenac plus seritopeptidase
Tablet rantac before meal
Apply local volini gel
Warm pad application
Take bed rest for the 7 days
Do not lies on affected side
Go for physiotherapy and shock wave therapy
