Hi
Thanks for this query
Small rashes on body could be caused by allergy, bacterial skin infection or viral infection. Most of these conditions will manifest with muscle pain and fever.I will suggest you try the following:
-Bath with an anti-septic solution like cyteal
-Take a steroidal pain drug like dexamethasone for say five days
-An anti-histamine like desloratadine
-Good body hygiene
From physical examination by your Doctor, if rashes contain pus, it may suggest a bacterial skin infection that may respond on a penicillin group of antibiotic like cloxacillin.Your Doctor will however take care of this if indicated.
Hope my answer will help
Best wishes
