Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraines

I have migraine and from 10 days I was under medication after I completed with my medication I was fine for 2 days and now again I have severe headache... My doctor says that I should increase my diet I tried doing that but I now again I have headache. Is this serious? N is it ok to take disprin?

Hi dear,
If migraine is severe and persistent, it is better to do an imaging of the head to look for any intracranial causes. kindly discuss with your doctor.
Meanwhile, avoid physical and mental stress. Have a healthy diet, sleep enough and drink enough fluids.
