Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine

hello, my name is Alex.I ve been suffering from a migrane just recently found a soft spot on the left side of my head above the ear and also inside my far left jar. It intensify when I swallow. Should I worry, is it serious? Thank you for your concern and help.

Hi,

As far as this soft spot on left side of the head is concerned, this should have no relation to your migraine episodes.

This must be shown in person to a surgeon, else you can follow-up with me along with an image of the same and I shall guide you further thereafter.

Concerning a migraine, there are several preventive medicines as beta-blockers, amitriptyline, flunarizine.

Also, medicines like triptans and Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDS) can be used for acute attacks.

You may discuss regarding which medicines to start with your treating physician.
