Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine Headache

hello i hit my head between the yes when a laptop fell on my face :P. Since then I have had a migraine. I did not loose consciousness and I am not vomitting. I have had 2 concucissions already in the past year and a bit. should i continue as normal or is between the eyes something to worry about?

Since you do not have severe pain in the head and have also not lost consciousness, it is unlikely that this is anything major. It is possible that you have a headache due to the injury. Here are a few things that you can try:

- Drink lots of water
- Take Paracetamol 500 mg every 8 hours
- Sleep well and at least 8 hours a day
- Eat at regular times

Try these for 5 days and then follow up. Wish you a speedy recovery. All the best.
