Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain

On the right side close to where my lower abdomen meets my pelvic region I have pain that comes up when I sit, stand, and most prominently when my bladder is full. I get relief from the pain after urinating but not completely. Curious to know what might be the cause and if I should be concerned.
