General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Age, gender, other associated symptoms like fever, vomiting, constipation not mentioned.
I can understand your concern.
You need to be examined by a general surgeon IMMEDIATELY.
The symptoms described in your query are suggestive of 'acute abdomen' like acute appendicitis (inflamed appendix). It is an acute surgical emergency associated with risk of perforation and inflammation of the peritoneal cavity if untreated. I therefore advise you to consult a general surgeon for proper clinical examination and treatment.
I find this answer helpful
