Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain And Spinal Stenosis

I have severe leg pain that starts in my lower back and travels down both legs evenly when I walk. I can barely walk 30 feet before I am in horrific pain. If I stand for long periods, numbness occurs in my left leg from my knee upward to my hip. My right foot tends to fall asleep for no apparent reason. My MRI showed no spinal stenosis, just a bulgding disc around L4 and L5. I have had a nerve ablation done which did not help the pain at all. This started two years ago and has now reach a point where walking any distance is painful. The pain goes away if I sit or lie down.

hi sir/madam,its really so distressing to experience severe pain in lower extremities.i see people with similar symptoms every other day in my clinic.even lumbar disc bulge can cause severe symptoms.we practice facet joint block for our patients with severe pain.it is done by an anesthetist or spine surgeon under image guidance by fluoroscopy or CT in an ambulatory surgical center.please do not strain your lumbar spine.just take bed rest and go for the above procedure as early as possible.if any other clarifications,i'm happy to deal with.take care.bye.
