Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

Went out to run the first time ever in my life, after running my knees ache terribly and below my kneecaps are painful spots that are very painful to touch, located in the same area on each leg. I have been having this pain since running a few days ago. The painful spots to touch are where the arrows are pointing to.
