Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

Two weeks ago I exercised as soon as I woke up. I hadn t warmed up and was barefoot. I did step exercises for my thighs. The next day my knees and hips and ankles hurt. Over the next two weeks my ankles swelled and I had stabbing pains in my knees. Blood test s show no rheumatoid. Swelling has disappeared almost in ankles but they are still red and patchy especially under ankle on inner foot and they are itchy and sore to walk on... any ideas what it might be?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think you might have stretched some ligaments, I would recommend you take some rest, apply volini gel and hot water fomentation. If pain is till there than I would recommend you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon.
