Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching All Over The Body

Hi, What would you recommed an over the counter remedy for intense intching on the body and also the vigina and sometimes the anus. I have a few of those small bumps on my shoulder from the scratching. At night I have to put between my legs ice cold packs just to ease the urge to scratch. I seem to be itchy from my head to toe.
