I would advise you for a battery of investigation like CBC,AEC, Liver function test, blood sugar, ultrasound or colour Doppler of the testis and urine routine and microscopy test. Meanwhile you can take anti-allergic drug like fexofenadine or levocetirizine group for 4-5 days Clean the scrotum properly with antiseptic solution and keep it clean and moisturised. wear loosely fitting undergarments.
