Hello! Thank you for writing! Have you ever done an Xray of your lower back or a lumbar MRI? What's your back problem. In cases with lumbar hernia there is pain in the lower back that runs to the hips It is associated with other signs like numbness? Usually hernial pains are worst at night and patient can't find a good position. So you can do an lumbar X-ray or MRI to rule out the diagnosis, and also visit an orthopedist.
Thank you. Best regards.
