Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of severe headache and neck pain that may be because of migraine problem or other reasons. In migraine severe headache with nausea, vomiting and also eye sight get affected. Tension or low blood sugar level also cause headache problem.

Sinusitis may lead to headache at front part of headache. Neck stiffness with headache is a sign of meningitis. Detail history and physical examination give exact idea about problems. Ct scan and MRI can done for further diagnosis. CSF examination can done if needed. Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
