Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

My son s fiancé (age 27) is have sever headache for 2 days with no relief after being give an shot in the rear at urgent care (but got no relief from that). She mentioned that she had been diagnosed as having cysts and early aneurisym in the brain a while ago, but the doctor said there was nothing to do or worry about then unless the situation worsens (which it has). What should she and my son do? Would you advise she be taken to emergency care or something else?
