Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Sinus Congestion

I have asthma and sleep apnea, but for the last couple of months my asthma has been worse and I have to use my rescue inhaler a lot more. I also get all day headaches one to two times a week, the headaches are a pain of 5(from 1 to 10) on both sides of my head which forces me to the point of having to lie down and take a nap to help them. I also have had plugged sinuses, I have not been able to breathe through my nose without a spray in the nose, the sinuses never seem to open on their own. I have medicine for the asthma and I have a sleep machine but should I be concerned about the headaches and clogged sinuses?

Hello,

Decongestants. These medicines, which you can buy without a prescription, help open your blocked sinus cavities.

Nasal steroid sprays. In some cases, your doctor may prescribe these sprays and other drugs to reduce your congestion and pain. Antihistamines. Use salt water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
