I have had severe headaches and neck pain for two years and have been treated by my primary care physician, an orthopedist and neurologist. the diagnosis so far is cervical spondanosis (?spelling) and occipital neuralgia. treated with gabapentin, muscle relaxers, narcotics, numerous steriod injections, nerve blocks, and razadomys on both sides of neck. I have not had any relief. The pain is 24 hours a day everyday. I don t know what to do. Can you help?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history as there is no improvement with all medicines and physiotherapy,
Now you might require some surgical procedure for your problem.
Consult spine specialist and discuss about this.
Ok and take care.
