Hi,

You may need to use permethrin lotion locally as it can be very helpful and safe to be used. For lice the formulation available is 1 percent permtherin unlike scabies and may be the only treatment required however, local hygiene must be insured with repeated cleansing, and using anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine for itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
