Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss And Extreme Fatigue

I have a 24 year old daughter that has been experiencing hair loss and fatigue since she had her second child 7 months ago. The fatigue has gotten worse, her hair is now falling out in larger clumps, and she is also finding random bruising around her waist. I think the only meds she is currently taking is a pre-natal vitamin and hair, skin & nail vitamins. Today my daughter calls me wanting more information on my medical history so she can update her primary care physician. Also, the doctor told her today that her white blood count is lower than normal and she has some swollen lymphnodes around her mid-section and neck areas. I did have hodgkins lymphoma about 25 years ago that cured by chemo several months after the diagnosis ini 1995. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

Without examining the lymph nodes it is impossible to give any final diagnosis. Better to get a general examination done before thinking anything untoward.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
